Terms and Conditions
Our Painting Service Packages
Our service packages include painting bedrooms, living rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and ceilings with one colour of paint. Any additional colours will be subject to negotiation.
Please note that the completion days depend on the amount of furniture in the unit, and the number of days does not include Sundays and Public Holidays.
For other types or brands of paint, please send us a request and we will provide you with a price list.
All Extras Add-on
Our service also includes the following add-ons:
- Sealer 1 room: +$50
- Sealer Whole House: +$150 to $350
- Door Frame per room: +$30
- Door + Door Frame Set per room: +$60
- Balcony Painting: +$80-$100 per balcony (depending on sizes)
- Major Paint Peeling + Putty: $50 to $300
- Putty: $50 to $300/wall or room
- Add Color: 50 (one wall) to $100 (one room)
- High Ceiling (>2.8m): +$100 to $400
- Pipe Painting Per Toilet / Yard: +$50
- Wallpaper Removal: $50/wall to $100/room
- Touch-up per trip: $150 to $250
Terms and Conditions
We provide a customised quote based on your requirements, ensuring no unnecessary add-ons. For a condo or landed property, we offer a free in-person site visit. For HDB, you can send us a video of walls/problem areas if unsure.
We also provide complementary advice on paint colours, what paint grade to use, and what to paint / not to paint. Our official quotation comes from a Singapore-registered company with UEN.
A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation (Receipt sent upon deposit). We guarantee a 100% New Can of Paint (for coloured wall paints) bought from Nippon based on your chosen Nippon paint colour code.
Working Schedule
Our workers are expected to arrive at the site between 930am-1000am on the day of painting. Full furniture is moved and covered with plastic sheets. The first coat of paint is to be finished by lunchtime, and the second coat of paint is to be completed by 5 pm-630pm. Clean-up by workers is done just before you and your family go out for dinner! Inspection by the homeowner and signed completion upon satisfaction are required.
